The room was spacious, with two separate spaces for sitting and sleeping, and an adequate variety of breakfast choices. The key location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions. Plus, the staff provided good service at check-in and check-out.

The heating in our room did not work, which led to an uncomfortable and cold stay during a winter visit. the TV was difficult to use and understand.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great decision. the breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring fresh fruit and local goodies. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. What we enjoyed most about this hotel was the peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to relax and start the new year off right.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of a kettle or hot water in the room, making it a bit difficult to enjoy a cup of hot tea in the mornings. the staff was difficult to locate at times.

The hotel is well located, close to the central square and convenient for visiting Terezin. the rooms are clean and offer the necessary amenities like air-conditioning and TV with international channels. the breakfast spread is adequate and the service is generally good, with simple check-in and out procedures and an elevator for convenience.

The lack of heating during colder seasons, as reported by some guests, can make for a very uncomfortable stay.
